Shipping policy

We charge a flat rate of $12.00 per shipment. Orders ship within 1-2 business days, and typically arrive 1-3 days from shipment date. If you would like tracking details, please call our office at 724-658-5643.

 

If you do not see your package within a week, something is wrong! Please do not hesitate to contact our office to double check. There have been instances of packages getting lost, or getting damaged, during transit. We don't always get notified of a package that is taking longer than usual, so please alert us and we can rectify it as soon as possible. 

 

If a shipment requires a second box due to size, there is a $4.00 additional fee per box. Residential addresses may incur a $4.00 additional charge. If additional fees bring the order total to an amount higher than you approved at checkout, we are required to gain a new approval to run the updated amount. This is not applicable to anyone who uses the "Payment method on file." method at checkout.
