Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@ioriobeautysupply.com or call our office at 724-658-5643. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 317 Grove St., New Castle, PA 16101.
You are liable to pay for return shipping unless it was our mistake. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee for items that are approved, but not returned in the 30-Day return time frame.
We will only be able to issue a refund in the amount of the item's most recent purchase amount. If you have questions on how much you were credited, you can reach out to us and we will explain why you received a credit for an amount lesser than the value of the product at its full price.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically credited for the item to your account within 20 business days. In special circumstances, we can discuss a return credit to the original payment method, but this will be discussed on a case by case basis.
